Frequently Asked Questions:
Q6: Some program always be opened in the first desktop.
If you launch the explorer with the windows key + E, the explorer is always coming up at the first desktop (even if you try to launch it from another desktop)

Q5: Where is the lost feature about group open?
In the features list on your website, it says the following:
Group open when Windows start
You can named any special desktop, and define a group of programs which will be opened in this desktop when Windows started.
I would like to automatically start certain programs within certain windows when windows starts. Is this what you are claiming AnotherDesk can do? Where is this configured? I don't see anything in the setup program and I don't see anything in the help file or FAQ that would answer this question. Can you offer me any advice on this?

Q4: How do you set up the additional desktops?
I find that the original screen is copied on to the other screens which are then just as cluttered as the original. If an icon is deleted from the extra screens , it is also deleted from the original. If I take some shortcuts off the original , they are also taken off the additional screens. So how do you set up the additional desktops ?

Q3: While AnotherDesk is running, AltGr keys from 2 to 8 are disabled...how to solved hotkey-conflicts?.

Q2: How to register?

Q1: Why I can not find the tray icon?

Answer to Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1: Why I can not find the tray icon?
A1: There is a bug in AnotherDesk v1.21 and before, that the tray icon can not be showed in some special system. It is be corrected in AnotherDesk v1.22. Please download the latest version.

Q2: How to register?
A2: It is very easy to register. Open the setup dialog of AnotherDesk, switch to the About Page, click the Order Button, and enter your register code into the Edit Box, then click OK button.

Q3: While AnotherDesk is running, AltGr keys from 2 to 8 are disabled...how to solved hotkey-conflicts?
A3: As the default configuration, AnotherDesk set some global hotkeys, like Alt + [1..8] and Alt + "{". There are two ways to solved hotkey-conflicts.

First way, use the hotkey for temporarily disabling/enabling. Run "AnotherDesk Setup" from Start Menu or Right-Click the tray icon of AnotherDesk and select "Open Setting", switch to "Advanced" Page, click "Hotkey for Temporarily Disabling", set any hotkey you like, for example, Ctrl + 1, click "OK". Then press Ctrl+1, all of other hotkeys of AnotherDesk would be disabled, press Ctrl + 1 again, all of other hotkeys of AnotherDesk would be enabled.

Second way, replace the conflicted hotkeys in AnotherDesk. Run "AnotherDesk Setup", find the conflicted hotkeys, for example, Alt + "{", change the hotkey to Alt + Ctrl + "{" or disable it.

Q4: How do you set up the additional desktops?
A4: Icons of desktops and other settings are shared by different desktops. So the first desktop is an exact copy of the second one. In the current version of AnotherDesk (v1.3), different desktops settings are not supported yet. However, adding this function is within our consideration in the further version.
Q5: Where is the lost feature about group open?
A5: We've canceled the feature in the current version because it's unstable and it's a secondary feature for AnotherDesk. But...I'm so sorry that we haven't deleted the description about it in the website and help file. We're trying resuming the feature in the next version.
Q6: Some program always be opened in the first desktop.
A6:
There are some problems when try open some programs in non-primary desktop. Because the first desktop is the DEFAULT desktop of Windows.  :(

We're trying to fix it in the next version.
